Fire Protection:

Most businesses are equipped with smoke detectors, either battery operated or wired into the electrical system as required in recent years by construction code compliance. In some commercial enterprises or institutional settings there is a fire panel which is not being monitored. However, this type of stand-alone protection is effective only while you are at the building and are able to get to the phone to call for help. The smoke detectors that we supply are monitored by SecurTek. When they go into alarm status the system calls the monitoring station where appropriate steps are taken to insure your building gets the proper response. If you currently have a fire panel in your building, it may be compatible with SecurTek’s system which means that it may be able to connect to the alarm panel for a monitored response.

Flood Protection:

The number one insurance claim is due to water damage. Water damage claims amount to 70% of all insurance claims in Canada with the average totaling $30,000.00. This type of damage may require a great deal of time for repair and can cause major disruption in your business.

Temperature Detection:

There is nothing worse than pipes freezing in the winter which could happen if your heating system fails.
