Phone Line Protection

In today’s environment the criminal elements are getting more aggressive and more knowledgeable in some areas when it comes to breaking and entering. In some instances burglars have cut the phone lines going into the home or business to attempt to defeat the alarm system. These instances are rare at this point in time. However, it is happening. If there is an alarm in a home or business where the phone service has been interrupted, the alarm system has no way of sending the signal to the monitoring station. If the signal cannot be sent, emergency assistance cannot be dispatched even though the alarm will continue to sound.

We offer a product that can protect you from this type of attack. The system is called SecurTek Cellular Connect which is a cell phone unit that is installed in conjunction with the alarm system. If an alarm is initiated the system has two ways to get the signal out to the monitoring station. The signal will go out via the cell line and the phone line if available.
