Lease to Own Equipment Program

SecurTek and Prince Albert Alarm Systems has an optional Lease-to- Own Program which allows you to purchase your equipment over the term of the monitoring contract rather than have to buy the equipment at the time of the installation. This makes it possible for almost any home or business to have a security system installed that fits into a specific budget.

If you choose to do so, the basic system components and any additional equipment can be purchased outright at the time of sale or you may prefer to have the option to lease everything. Most of our competitors do not have flexible options for equipment but rather hide the cost of the basic equipment in the monthly monitoring cost. In addition, any extra equipment over the basic system has to be paid at the time of the install with no option for payment terms.

A further benefit to leasing your equipment over time gives you warranty protection over the period of the lease. A note of caution: if you wish to terminate your agreement before maturity all outstanding monthly lease payments become due.
